تعمل منظمة رعاية المرأة والطفل في ولاية كسلا عبر شبكة من المراكز النسوية والمساحات الآمنة، تقدّم فيها الحماية والدعم النفسي والتدريب المهني للنساء والفتيات والأطفال — بالشراكة مع الحكومة والمنظمات الدولية. The Woman and Child Care Organization works across Kassala State through a network of women's centres and safe spaces, delivering protection, psychosocial support and vocational training for women, girls and children — in partnership with government and international organizations.

منظمة سودانية تعمل في محليتَي كسلا وحلفا الجديدة، وتدير خمسة مراكز نسوية تقدّم الحماية من العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، وإدارة الحالة، والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، والتدريب المهني ومحو الأمية — بتمويل وإشراف من شركاء دوليين وبالتنسيق مع وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية. A Sudanese organization working in Kassala and New Halfa localities, running five women's centres that deliver protection from gender-based violence, case management, psychosocial support, vocational training and adult literacy — funded and overseen by international partners and coordinated with the Ministry of Social Development.

في كل مركز تجد المرأة ما تحتاجه في مكان واحد: أخصائية اجتماعية تتابع حالتها، مساحة آمنة لأطفالها، صف لمحو الأمية، وورشة حرفية تخرج منها بمصدر دخل. هذا التصميم مقصود — فالخدمة المتفرقة تُرهق من هي في أضعف حالاتها. Each centre puts everything a woman needs in one place: a social worker following her case, a safe space for her children, a literacy class, and a workshop she leaves with an income from. The design is deliberate — scattered services exhaust the person least able to chase them.

نصل إلى النساء عبر الجلسات النسوية في الأحياء والخلاوى والمدارس، وإلى الرجال عبر النوادي والقهاوي والأئمة والدعاة. ونكوّن لجان حماية ومجموعات نسوية تقود بنفسها الحوار حول العادات الضارة. هذا ما يجعل التغيير يبقى بعد انتهاء المشروع. We reach women through neighbourhood sessions, khalwas and schools, and men through clubs, coffee places, imams and preachers. We form protection committees and women's groups that lead the conversation on harmful practices themselves. That is what makes change outlast a project cycle.
